Seeing a need from campaigns, advocacy groups and consultants for young, energetic students and professionals, in 2016 MPC was formed.

Our team consists of seasoned campaign operatives, political party officers, public relations and media specialists, public policy leaders and grassroots organizers.

SPENCER MAY

CAMPAIGN ANALYST

Digital Media & Campaign Management - Provo 

Spencer is a California native, raised by two elementary educators. This upbringing has made him a lifelong learner.


He is currently a senior at BYU majoring in Political Science with a minor in Legal Studies. 


Spencer recently relocated back to Utah, after spending time with the American Conservative Union in Washington D.C. where he contributed to the planning and execution of CPAC 2021. 


Spencer very much enjoys the opportunity to both promote and protect conservative principles that preserve and protect the exceptional nature of American democracy-- freedom, individual autonomy, and the pursuit of a better world. 


Spencer is an unashamed individualist and compassionate conservative, drawing inspiration from timeless authors such as Ayn Rand and Ralph Waldo Emerson.

JOSHUA MEYER

CAMPAIGN ANALYST

Digital Media & Campaign Management - Salt Lake City

Joshua Meyer is currently studying Business Economics at the University of Utah.


Originally from southern California, he has spent years working on congressional campaigns for Diane Harkey and Brian Maryott. 


Since moving to Utah, Josh has been active in College Republicans at the University of Utah and is currently serving as Chairman for the Utah Federation of College Republicans.


In his free time, Josh enjoys waterskiing and watching Utes Football.

BRYAN VALDIVIESO

CREATIVE ASSOCIATE

Graphic Design & New Media - Salt Lake City

Bryan was born and raised in Southern California – however, he feels right at home in the Great State of Utah. Serving in the political sector became his personal calling after working for a branch within the Federal Government in Washington, D.C., in 2017.

 

Currently, he is a professional graphic designer and has worked for various special interest groups, grassroots organizations, non-profits, and several political campaigns within the federal, state, and local level. He believes that being politically active and motivated is one of the best ways to look beyond ourselves to see what is possible for others.

 

During his free time, you can find him camping, kayaking or on a date with his significant other, Christine – where they both paint the town University of Utah red!

CHRISTIAN MICKELSEN

DATA & TECHNOLOGY ASSOCIATE

Data & SEO - Salt Lake City

Born and raised in Utah, Christian has been involved in nearly every level government who enjoys finding solutions to problems.  He has worked in both Utah and Washington, DC, and is excited to see what Utah and the country have to offer in the future.

He has worked on and helped manage both local and federal races in Utah, as well as working for the state legislature, the US Senate, a research nonprofit, and an advocacy group within the state. 

He holds an Honors Bachelor’s of Science in Political Science, a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics, a minor in Campaign Management, and a Master’s in Finance.  He looks forward to continuing policy research and analysis, and is considering a doctorate sometime in the future.

Christian enjoys a good movie or book, and is excited to be able to fish and play golf again.

JOHN BINGHAM

CAMPAIGN STRATEGY ASSOCIATE

Progressive Campaign Strategy - Washington D.C.

John is a New Jersey native. After several years of working in New Jersey, he moved to Washington D.C. to work in government analytics and nuclear security. 


He has worked and volunteered for several issue-based, local, and state campaigns in New Jersey. His notable roles include serving as the National Political Director for the Youth Caucus of the Democratic National Committee, serving on the New Jersey State Democratic Party's Youth Committee, and serving as the Lead for DNC operations in New Jersey for the 2018 "Resistance Summer" program. 


He holds a bachelor's degree in economics and labor studies from Rutgers University and plans to pursue post-graduate education.


In his spare time, you can find him listening to a podcast or watching the NBA.

GRAYSON MASSEY

MANAGING PARTNER

Government Relations & Campaign Strategy - Salt Lake City 

Grayson is a lifelong politico and avid entrepreneur who is proud to call Utah home. After spending several years in D.C.  he returned to Utah to complete his education. 

He has worked and helped to manage several campaigns on the federal, state and local level as well as helping to consult and advise on matters of public policy. In addition to leading fundraising, grassroots organizing and recruitment for various groups and causes, he has also worked with various stakeholders for several years in procuring earned media, managing public relations and creating digital/social campaigns. He has worked with a variety of clients including PAC's, nonprofit's, small business's and several political entities over the past five years since launching MPC in 2016.


He holds a bachelor's degree in Finance & International Business from Westminster College and a master's degree in Finance from the University of Utah.

He currently sits on the board of directors for the Emerging Leaders Initiative of Utah and serves as the Western Region Vice President for the Young Republican National Federation.

In his limited free time you can find him on the golf course trying to improve his handicap, spending time with his three younger brothers or doting over his four year old holland lop.
